About

Alexis just finished her first year at UC Berkeley and has officially fallen in love with college life. On a nice day, you’ll find her reading in the shade at Café Strada while sipping a cup of hot apple cider. Alexis has been writing since she was six years old—from short stories and children’s books to spur-of-the-moment haikus on napkins in restaurants—and though she has replaced her aspirations of becoming a professional author with a desire to enter the world of developmental psychology (yes, she’s a Psychology major but no, she’s not going to ask you how you feel about that), she continues to write on the side as therapeutic release. She has found an incredibly welcoming family in FoCUS at First Pres Berkeley and looks forward to continuing to grow in Christ and His love. She doesn’t pretend to know much, but she’ll try not to make a fool of herself. At least not on the Internet.
